Ecological Impact Assessments
An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) may be required to assist the local planning authority when deciding whether to grant planning permission for your project. Essentially an EIA will identify the anticipated effects on the environment of a proposed development or project.
In preparing the Ecological Impact Assessment part of an EIA, our Senior Ecologist will undertake a baseline survey to evaluate and quantify the effects of the proposed development on local wildlife resources. Working closely with you the client, we will provide advice on designing the key measures, and crucially the suitable mitigation to reduce potential impacts.
